Bristol Publishers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides customized writing, editing, design, and publishing services. Due to the nature of our work, refund requests are handled under the conditions outlined below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
- General Refund Overview
Our services are tailored to each client, so full refunds are not available once work has started. Each request is reviewed fairly.
Refund requests may be considered if:
- A written request is sent through our official email
- The request is made within 10 days of delivery or within 5 business days of payment if no work has been delivered
- The project is in early stages or has not yet started

2.1 Change of Mind
- Within 24 hours and before work begins: full refund minus transaction fees
- After 24 hours but before work begins: refund issued after deducting service and transaction fees
2.2 Non-Delivery of Service
If we are unable to complete the agreed service due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
2.3 Work Not Matching Agreed Scope
If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope and remains unresolved after revisions, a partial refund may be considered based on completed work.
2.4 Delay in Delivery
If delays occur on our side and cannot be resolved reasonably, a refund may be issued, depending on the stage of the project.

No refund once campaigns begin or third-party costs such as ads or PR placements are used
- Design Services
- Partial refund if canceled before initial concepts are delivered
- No refund after design drafts or files are shared
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Work has been completed and approved
- Delays are caused by lack of client response
- Project scope is changed after approval
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference
- Digital files have already been delivered
- Third-party costs have already been paid
- Revision and Resolution
Clients are encouraged to request revisions before asking for a refund. Reasonable revisions are provided based on the agreed scope. Refunds are not issued unless revision options have been used.
- Cancelation Policy

- Within 24 hours and before work begins: full refund minus transaction fees
- After work begins: refund depends on project stage
- Multi-phase projects: completed phases are non-refundable; future work may be canceled
- Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us with your Order ID, project details, and the reason for the refund.
- Review time: 5 to 7 business days
- Processing time if approved: 7 to 14 business days
- Transaction fees are non-refundable
- Chargebacks and Disputes
We recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback. Most concerns can be resolved through communication and revisions. Unjustified disputes may be challenged with project records.
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Client Responsibilities
Refund requests may be declined if the client:
- Does not provide required information or feedback
- Remains unresponsive for extended periods
- Changes project scope after approval
